It is officially pie season! Join us for the PGITI Apple Pie Virtual Workshop on November 10th!

Pies are not as tricky as you think and Tablespoon’s recipe for a double-crust apple pie will be the talk of your family holiday parties for years to come. Learn all of the tips and tricks from the Tablespoon crew to make the most delicious and tender pie crust.

During the virtual workshop we will make a double-crust apple pie with an all-butter crust from start to finish - mixing the dough, making the filling, rolling, shaping, crimping, and baking.

Learning to bake a pie from home has never been easier! What is better than cooking along with a professional chef and having all the ingredients prepped and measured out for you?

Authentic recipe, all made from scratch – that’s what this class is all about! 

Here is how we will prepare and run the cook-along online workshop:
- Required ingredients to bake a full size (9 inch) apple pie will be delivered to your home on the day before the workshop (Tuesday, November 9th). Please, ensure that your profile in pgiti.com has your correct current address.
- Please, see the ingredient list to check for potential allergens prior to registering.
- Please, see the list of kitchen equipment that will be needed during the virtual class.
- Before the event, you will receive a booklet of recipes and a reminder with the link that should be used to join the event.
- You will log in to the Zoom conference and cook along with a professional chef! You are encouraged to ask questions throughout the class.
