Have you ever thought about making your own nut milk or other healthy delights that keep your spirits up these days? Let’s come together and try it out in a common workshop.

Laura Bell, owner of 'Laura's Healthy Delights' and 'Mind Palate Wholesome Habits Coaching', will teach us how to prepare our very own almond milk and, with the batch of leftover almond pulp a delicious strawberry maca shake! We will also learn how to make creamy ricotta cheese (your family won’t notice that it is almond ricotta instead of cheese ricotta!) and fresh spring rolls with this ricotta, all within a one-hour workshop. Not only will you prepare these foods but in addition, you will learn about some wholesome habits, Laura is a certified wellness coach and has earned a certificate in the Culinary Arts.

For this workshop, you would need the ingredients we have listed in the Ingredients and Appliances PDF. All are easy to find in any grocery store and you probably have most of them already at home.

To ensure everybody will be able to ask questions throughout the class and make the most out of the event, we offer two one-hour sessions.
The workshop will be held on March 2nd, 2021 from 10 am to 11 am and from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
