Join us in this super fun workshop!  Create art that you can also eat!

We have all walked past the glass window at a bakery and marveled at the beautifully decorated cupcakes. With good instructions and some practice, you can mimic the beautiful designs you have always envied in the bakery store windows!
Cupcakes are fun and easy to decorate according to Tina Valdez from Sweet T’s Edible Art Classes, our expert instructor for this workshop.  Invite your family to join and make this class a memorable family event. It will be a lot of fun once you get the hang of it.
In this one-hour virtual workshop, participants will explore how to work with fondant: learning how to color and shape it, taking simple cupcakes to the next level. See gallery photos of some of the decorations we will be shaping.

Here is how the online workshop is going to work:
* Most of the required supplies will be delivered in a box to your door before the event. Please, ensure that your profile in pgiti.com has your correct address.
* The ingredients we are going to use contain allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk and artificial colors. We may not be able to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions, but you could obtain your ingredients according to your restrictions.
* Workshop Supply Box includes: cake mix box (yields 24 cupcakes), frosting, white fondant, food color gel, powder sugar, vegetable shortening, cupcake liners baking cups, 14-piece cake decorating kit (with 3 fondant cutouts, fondant shaping set, roller, dusting pouch, 6 cutters).
* Before the class, take the time to bake the cupcakes and let them cool down completely. You will need 4-5 cupcakes per participant to decorate.
* Please see the list of additional supplies you will need to have ready for the class.
* You'll receive a reminder email, two days before the event, with the link to join.

Two sessions offered: May 16th, 2:30-3:30pm & 4:00-5:00pm
Registration closes May 10th or when availability runs out. 

NOTE: This event is open to members living in the Cincinnati area. Guests are allowed to participate if using the same device as the member.
