PGITI Health & Wellness Group is sponsoring ZUMBA DANCING CLASSES in November!

Join us for ZUMBA DANCING CLASSES!  If you are experienced at Zumba, you can always add to the intensity of your workout.  This should be fun!! ALL are welcome! You can attend all 3 sessions or just one or two.

Where:           Studio Z, 11256 Cornell Park Dr. #504 in Blue Ash, Ohio 45242

• Lisa Matthews, Certified Zumba Instructor will donate her time and teach us to move those bodies!! She is a former Ballerina, and no pressure.  She tells us “If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!”  If you are experienced, you can always ramp up your effort to get an even better workout!
• Please RSVP to Rose Lambert via email above by Tuesday, November 1st to reserve your spot, Tuesday Nov 8, and Tues., Nov 15 for each class.  There is a small charge to attend the session, payable at the door.  This covers the cost to rent the studio.  Please RSVP with your texting number so I could contact you in case of cancellation, etc.   
• Studio Z is located at 11256 Cornell Park Dr Unit #504  Blue Ash, Ohio.  It is located in a strip of offices, not directly on the main road, so you will need to turn in and drive back to find the unit.  Arrive 15 minutes early if you’d like to go over some of the steps.  Class starts promptly at 9am.  Bring small hand weights 1-5 pounds if you want to use them for a song or 2.
