Calling all Weekend Warriors!
This trip explores a newly appointed National Park in West Virginia. Participants can choose to participate in the full event which covers three hikes (~12 miles, moderate) or choose to participate in just two of the three hikes (two easy hikes of ~3 miles each). SAFETY INFORMATION:
1) Each participant is responsible for their own safety.
2) Participants must assess and must confirm if they are physically fit to join the activities. This trip features generally easy i.e. not technical, hikes but the full day itinerary is going to be strenuous.
3) Participants are strongly recommended to download an offline map of the three trails in the itinerary (All Trails app is recommended). Downloading the Google map of the area is also recommended as many National Parks have spotty internet connection.
