For February meeting, we will celebrate the Lunar (Chinese) New Year at Anita Soares's home. She will introduce the Goan culture with a demonstration of traditional Goan green curry known as the ‘Chicken Dampaca’.

Menu: Potluck with Traditional Lunar New Year Salad/Appetizer known as Yu Sheng prepared by Chef Paul Liew (cost to be evenly shared by attendees - informed on the day of meeting) and Goan Chicken Dampaca demonstration by Anita Soares.
