We’ll be hosting a 45-minute Body Class that blends the best of Barre and Pilates, offering a full-body workout that targets strength, flexibility, and balance. This class, led by a private instructor, is designed to challenge and energize you as you embark on your fitness journey for the year. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just getting started, this class is suitable for all levels.
After the workout, lunch will be provided at the studio, where you can relax, enjoy some delicious refreshments, and mingle with fellow participants.

• Time: Please arrive by 10:45 AM to complete registration. The class will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.
• Location: Define Oakley Studio (Parking available in the shared lot with Dewey’s Pizza, right next door)
• What to Bring: Please wear grippy socks for comfort during the class (grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed).
