Take your chocolate obsession to the next level! In this hands-on virtual class, you’ll learn how to make your own delicious truffles at home.

Diane Haase, founder and expert truffle maker from Truffle Me! will show us how to mix, roll, dip, and decorate truffles in 4 different delicious flavors: peanut butter, cookies and cream, salty caramel, and buttercream.

Truffles make a perfect bite-sized treat and Valentine’s Day gift. You will leave the chocolate workshop with truffles hand-made by you to indulge yourself or to enjoy with those you love.

Here is how the online workshop is going to happen:

- Before the event, you will receive a kit with truffle dough and all the ingredients needed to make 8 truffles (2 of each flavor). Please, ensure that your profile in pgiti.com has your correct current address.
- Some flavors are not peanut free. Let us know if you are allergic to peanuts. We can deliver a kit without peanut butter truffles. The kit will not be prepared in a nut-free environment though.
- The kit contains everything except 2 spoons and a tray to put the truffles on.
- You will need to have access to a microwave during the workshop.
- 2 days before the event, you will receive a reminder with the link that should be used to join the workshop.
