Summer is finally within sight! Let’s prepare for it together with a virtual Pilates “back in shape” session!

We all know that the hardest part about making a change is just starting it... We would like to help you plan how to boost your energy levels, tone your physique and feel great for the upcoming sunny months.
Together with Anna Sheehan from Reflexions Dance Arts, we invite you to join our Virtual Mat Pilates Class.

Anna earned her BFA in Modern Dance in 2003 from Ohio University. She obtained her comprehensive Pilates certification from Power Pilates in 2005. She danced professionally with Perceptual Motion Dance company from 2005-2009. Also, in 2010 she co-produced the Rebound Dance Festival in Chicago. In 2015 Anna decided to further her Pilates education and she received her certification from The Pilates Method Alliance. Currently, Anna has a studio at Reflexions Dance Arts in Blue Ash, Ohio and a second studio out of her home in Milford, Ohio.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a total pro, this class is for you. Anna will teach us Mat Pilates moves that help strengthen muscles and at the same time improve posture and flexibility, and that you can practice by yourself at home.

Not convinced yet? Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility through a system of exercises. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. Pilates is perfect for all levels of experience (also for beginners!), because you only need your own body and some floor space to start.
