Kristina is a personal trainer and a wellness coach who is empowering women through exercise, nutrition and a positive mindset. She has several years of experience in fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. She will be talking about weightlifting, nutrition and perimenopause and how important each of these are in maintaining a healthy lifestyle especially as we age.
