Happy November! We hope you are enjoying the wonderful colors of nature all around us. Also the wonderful fresh and sunny weather - sometimes it is like having 4 seasons in one day! If your family celebrated Halloween, we hope you had a lot of treats and not too many tricks.
Thanks to everyone who joined our event at Niederman Farm. The paintball was a new thing, so it’s great that it was a such huge hit with so many of you. So much so, that some people even went back for more the following weekend! We hope those of you who joined our Art Climb and Eden Park Hike had a great day out. We can’t wait to see all your beautiful drawings!
Coming up soon is our Formal Evening which will be a fabulous night of glitz and glamour on Nov 3rd. For those of you joining - we can’t wait to see you all dressed up to the nines! At the other end of things, we have our volunteer session at Sweet Check Diaper Bank on Nov 15th. This will be a great opportunity to work with other members while doing something good for the community. Then on Dec 2nd, we have our Diwali event which was so popular last year we have made it even bigger so the whole family can join.
As this is the season of thankfulness, we want to recognize and thank our team of volunteers, past and present, dedicated to bringing these events to you. It doesn’t take a village, but it needs a whole team effort to pull them off well. We hope you will be able to enjoy as many as you can and this makes your lives a little more fun.
