Dear PGITI Members,

As we embark on another exciting season of PGITI, I am deeply honored to serve as co-chair of this vibrant community. This group has not only introduced me to new friends but also provided me with unique experiences, fostering the global mindset our family developed while living overseas. I am grateful for the sense of community and belonging that PGITI has built in me.

One of the most remarkable aspects of PGITI is its members' eagerness to share knowledge about their home countries and cultures. This will be beautifully demonstrated on September 6th, when Natalia Hollander and Gaby Paredes host a Latin Fiesta, offering us a rich cultural experience through music, dance, and food!

The Coffees Team has been working hard to plan a full slate of autumn events, and we couldn't be more excited. We are eagerly anticipating the annual Welcome Back Lunch, which will kick off the season with a fajitas lunch and an inspiring educational talk about women’s health and fitness from our very own member, Kristina Kerr. Anita Soares and Alessandra Peloni have planned events throughout the fall- check out the calendar now and prepare for an exciting season!

Last year, one of our most attended events was the Pumpkin Patch and Paintball event at Neiderman Farm, so we have brought it back by popular demand. Kirsty Scott and Dalia Elhadidy, with help from Özge Cevik, have arranged for our PGITI families to return to the farm on October 6th for the Farm Fun and Paintball event. Sign-ups open Sep 6th! If you love Family Events, consider volunteering to plan one in the spring!

The best way to experience all that PGITI offers is to join in the fun! Attend a coffee, family, or adult event, learn a new skill in an interest group, or serve on the Leadership Team with a great group of people dedicated to welcoming people to Cincinnati.
