Happy New Year! The Leadership Team wishes you and your family a joyful and prosperous 2025. The start of a new year is a perfect time to explore the PGITI website and discover all the exciting events we have planned for you!
As you set your resolutions for the year ahead, why not prioritize fitness? On January 15th, the Coffee Team will host a workout at Define Oakley, making it the ideal way to jumpstart your fitness plan for 2025. This day will also be the kickoff for the PGITI 30-day Fitness Challenge. You can register for both of these events now!
When you sign up for the challenge, your phone number will be added to a private PGITI WhatsApp chat. From January 15th to February 13th, participating members will post a picture or description of themselves exercising each day. Exercise can mean whatever works for you—walking the dog in the park, lifting weights at the gym, dancing in front of the TV, or even vacuuming your carpets. The key is to stay active and share your progress on WhatsApp daily. We can't wait to hear from you- completing exercise on all 30 days will lead to a healthier, happier you!
This chat will also be a fantastic place for encouragement, the exchange of fitness tips, and exciting announcements about pop-up events and prizes to keep you motivated. Together, we can create a supportive community and have a great time along the way!
