Welcoming New Roles to Our Leadership Team
We are excited to introduce two new roles on our Leadership Team that will help strengthen connection, support, and engagement across our community—both for new arrivals and current members.
Introducing Ambassadors
We are launching new Ambassador roles to warmly welcome and support new arrivals to Cincinnati. Ambassadors will be paired with newcomers who live in the same part of the city, helping to create local, meaningful connections from the start.
Ambassadors will offer encouragement, answer questions, share resources, and provide friendly support throughout a newcomer’s first year. Whether it’s navigating a new neighborhood, finding local favorites, or simply having someone to check in with, Ambassadors will help newcomers feel confident, connected, and at home.
Ambassadors will be supported by the Newcomers Chair, who will help guide the program, provide resources, and ensure these relationships are successful and rewarding for everyone involved.
Introducing the Membership Chair
We are also looking to welcome a Membership Chair to the Leadership Team. This role will focus on engaging with current members and serving as a key link between the membership and leadership.
The Membership Chair will gather insight into what activities members are enjoying, identify opportunities for improvement, and share feedback with the Leadership Team. This will help us better understand our members’ needs and continue to create programs and experiences that support and engage our community. The Membership Chair will check-in with members we haven't seen in a while, and offer support to members who are facing any difficulties.
These new roles reflect our ongoing commitment to building a welcoming, supportive, and responsive PGITI. We’re excited about the positive impact these new roles will have and look forward to seeing all of us grow in support of one another!
