Join us at the virtual tea and coffee tasting ceremony preceded by a guided meditation.

We will provide four unique drink packs from eco-friendly farms, plus a surprise treat. You will learn about the origins of tea and coffee, listen to stories about the unique ingredients, and explanation about the flavor compounds involved. The meditation will be simple enough for beginner practitioners to follow and will be accessible for all levels of experience. 
Choose one of the dates (February 16th or February 17th, from 10 am to 11:30 am) and mark your calendar to not miss this unique, contemplative experience that will help you to re-energize.
NOTE: This event is open to members living in the Cincinnati area. Guests are allowed to participate if using the same device as the member.
