There are many amazing cuisines, but one in the top ranks is French. Wouldn’t it be amazing to learn secrets of French cuisine? While we can’t necessarily hop on a plane to experience new flavors, we would like to invite you to our virtual culinary trip.

Ready? Gather your kitchen equipment and join us virtually! Learn from a professional chef how to prepare a delicious French meal. Join a totally fun, hands-on cooking class with TableSpoon Cooking in the comfort of your own home. Our online workshop will bring the French Bistro experience right to your kitchen. We will follow along with the live instruction, preparing something delicious from start to finish. 

The only thing you would need after the class is somebody to share your French lunch with! Bon appétit!

The menu will include: Coq au Vin (chicken braised with wine), Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes and Bistro Salad. 

Here is how the online workshop is going to happen:
* Required ingredients (recipe serves 2) will be delivered to your home. Please, ensure that your profile in pgiti.com has your correct current address.
* We may not be able to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please see the list of ingredients prior to registering.
* Please see the list of kitchen equipment that will be needed during the virtual class.
* Before the event you will receive a recipe book.
* You'll log on to the Zoom conference and cook along with a professional chef! You are encouraged  to ask questions throughout the class.
