For our events we put in place a clearer and fairer process which we would like everyone to follow.
When you are registered for an event and you need to cancel because your plans have changed, please make that cancellation request by email only, directly to the event organizers.
Refund requests for cancellations received before the event deadline will be honored. However these will now be net of the initial 5% Paypal booking fee (which is no longer refunded to PGITI).
An important change is that requests received after the deadline will be now only be given at the discretion of the event organizers.
Net, if you find yourself needing to cancel, please contact only the event organizers immediately. Details of how to do this will be on the event page and in the confirmation email.
