Have you ever thought about making your own nut milk or other healthy delights that keep your spirits up these days? This workshop will teach us how to prepare our very own almond milk and, with the batch of leftover almond pulp, a delicious strawberry maca shake, creamy ricotta cheese (your family won’t notice that it is almond ricotta instead of cheese ricotta!), and fresh spring rolls with this ricotta.
Two one-hour sessions on March 2nd, 2021, from 10 am to 11 am, and from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
